ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
The Kindness Project has chosen to support Greenhill Humane Society in Eugene, Oregon for the second quarter. Greenhill Humane Society has been caring for animals in Lane County since 1944. It is the only animal shelter in the Eugene/Springfield area. Their programs include animal adoptions, reuniting lost animals with their families, and crisis care boarding in situations of domestic violence, medical emergencies, and other crisis situations. Last year, they helped reunite or find new loving homes for 3,630 animals. Greenhill is a non-profit organization and relies on donations to care for these animals. The donations you make through The Kindness Project will help provide a high level of care to lost, abandoned, and neglected animals to Greenhill Humane Society.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
You can partner with The Kindness Project and help support Greenhill Humane Society, in Eugene, Oregon and make a difference in these animal's lives by making a donation to The Kindness Project. We will be collecting donations to donate to Greenhill Humane Society through July 1, 2021.

ABOUT CHILDRENS MIRACLE NETWORK
The Kindness Project has previously raised money for the Children's Miracle Network in Springfield, Oregon. The Children's Miracle Network provides medical care for over 4,000 infants and children every year. From premies to courageous kids these hospitals would not be able to provide all the equipment and services without the support of our community. Thanks to you and your donations we raised $350 for the Childrens Miracle Network!

A Bag of Love in Eugene, Oregon provides every child we connect with the essentials: clothing, toiletries, toys, books, school supplies, and a handmade quilt or fleece blanket. For a child, Bags of Love delivers support and comfort to foster children in need.
ABOUT ME
Hi my name is Ellen, I am in middle school. I have always looked for ways to help others. I've volunteered at animal sanctuaries and last year my friend and I collected donations for a local organization for kids in foster care. A lot of these kids don't have things like clothes, books, stuffed animals, and I think every kid should be able to have those things. After doing that last year I wanted to be able to create a bigger impact so I created The Kindness Project, a place where kind acts can spread and touch so many lives. Thank you for being part of my vision and helping spread kindness.
